Quality &
documents

The specification belongs to the actual lot — not to a generic website promise.

We qualify product parameters, buyer acceptance criteria, inspection requirements and destination documentation before shipment terms are fixed.

01 / Lot qualification

What is confirmed for the actual available lot.

Product
Grade or type

Aligned with intended use and buyer requirement.

Crop year
Lot-specific

Stated for the commodity actually being offered.

Origin
Confirmed before contract

Origin information is tied to the specific lot and documents.

Quality
Measurable parameters

Limits and acceptance criteria are agreed with the buyer.

Packing
Route-dependent

Bulk, big bags or bags are considered against product and logistics.

Shipment
Destination review

Route and documentary scope are checked before terms are fixed.

02 / Buyer specification

The fastest quotation starts with a complete buyer requirement.

A request does not need to be a formal tender document. These six inputs are normally enough to begin qualification.

01 ProductCommodity, type/grade and intended use
02 DestinationCountry, port or delivery point
03 VolumeIndicative lot or recurring programme
04 QualityRequired measurable parameters and tolerances
05 PackingBulk, big bags, bags or buyer preference
06 TimingTarget shipment or delivery window
03 / Inspection

Verification can be built into the transaction.

When required by the buyer or contract, independent inspection or laboratory verification can be agreed. The inspector, sampling method, laboratory, test scope and acceptance procedure should be fixed before shipment.

Inspection

By agreement

Scope is defined for the specific product and contract.

Laboratory

Agreed test scope

Only parameters relevant to the buyer specification need to be tested.

04 / Documentation

The final document set depends on product, route and destination.

Commercial, transport and quality documents are defined before shipment. Destination-specific certificates, including phytosanitary or origin documentation where applicable, are handled according to the importing-country and transaction requirements.

We do not promise a universal document package because import requirements differ by destination and commodity.
05 / Products

Apply the process to a specific commodity.
